| Y. Munivenkatappa was the parent body which commenced nursery business in 1940, |
| from which his youngest son Mr. S.M. Krishnappa partly inherited immovable property |
| to the extent of 3 acres on which KRISHNENDRA NURSERY was commenced. |

| KRISHNENDRA NURSERY was started in the year 1982. The Nursery was a family |
| business & was bifurcated in the year 1982. The KRISHNENDRA NURSERY, at present a |
| leading Nursery in India having 20 hectares land producing young plants as well as value |
| added plants for export purposes. The quality of these plants meet the demand from |
| resellers like Nurserymen, bulk buyers, Landscapers, ready users & corporate Offices |
| etc. Recently some 200 new varieties of Hibiscus were bred at the Krishnendra Nursery, |
| & brought out charts of the same for ready reference for the purchasing public. |

| The KRISHNENDRA NURSERY had conducted a contest for the general public to create |
| awareness among them with regard to the benefits of growing plants. In the contest the |
| participants were required to, among 15,000 plants, identify some 150 varieties of |
| plants & write down the Botanical names of these plants. The contest was a Landmark |
| even and drew out all aspiring botanists from all the colleges in Bangalore. |
